Machine cleaning of removed particulate filters and catalytic converters, from passenger cars to commercial vehicles. Including condition assessment, drying and checks after cleaning.

Condition assessment
We secure the component and take measurements before cleaning.
Machine cleaning
The machine removes deposits using a cleaning cycle configured for the component.
Drying
After cleaning, we dry the filter in the machine.
Final checks
We check the result with a further measurement and provide the measurement data.
Cleaning cannot repair a damaged, burnt-through or incomplete filter element. Refurbishment or replacement may be required in these cases.

Prices include cleaning time and cleaning agents. Shipping arrangements and costs are agreed separately. For regular contract orders, ask about volume discounts.

Deliver the removed filter to us in person or by courier. By prior arrangement, we can also help organise the courier.
When will it be ready?
Machine cleaning typically takes 1–2 hours. Total turnaround depends on the filter’s condition and our workload. We will advise you of the expected completion date when you place your order.

know in advance.
When should I request cleaning?
If you see a warning, reduced performance or increased fuel consumption, first investigate the cause. Cleaning a blocked filter may be appropriate, but the fault that caused the blockage must also be resolved.
Can every filter be cleaned?
Whether a component can be cleaned depends on its type and condition. A damaged or burnt-through filter element may require repair or replacement. Please specify the vehicle type when contacting us.
Does the particulate filter need to be removed?
Yes. The service covers machine cleaning of removed components. The filter must be removed before you deliver or ship it to us.
Can I get a measurement report?
Yes. We provide a report with measurements taken before and after cleaning.
Can shipping of the component be arranged?
You can drop off the component in person or use a courier. We can arrange a courier in advance; collection and return delivery for contract partners are agreed separately.
