Our partners can rent our halls for their own operations. The buildings can be used for logistics and storage, and some have also accommodated industrial production facilities. Whatever the intended use, tenants can rely on us as a responsible landlord. Depending on the agreement, we arrange periodic building maintenance, provide security and asset protection, and keep the surroundings tidy and well maintained. This lets tenants focus on their own operations.

We can make necessary adaptations, such as separating and securing the rented area and providing staff facilities. Halls can be rented empty or equipped with warehouse fittings, shelving and office furniture. We aim to arrange the resources available to us around each partner’s needs, creating suitable conditions for their operations.

Location

The location is ideal: the hall is directly beside the Hegyeshalom exit of the M1 motorway, with the Austrian and Slovak border crossings only a few minutes away. The building covers almost 50,000 m², partly rented to tenants and partly used for our own logistics services. Round-the-clock security and CCTV covering the entire site protect the facility.

Whatever the warehouse is used for, our transport operations mean that numerous vehicles are present at and pass through the site every day. This enables us to arrange incoming and outgoing goods movements and transport with exceptional flexibility and at short notice. Partners who rent space and operate it themselves, or use our logistics and warehousing services, therefore benefit when an unexpected transport need requires an immediate solution.

Integrated logistics packages – our strength

We deliver our best performance when we combine our full range of services to manage an integrated logistics process for our partners. For example, raw materials for a manufacturer arrive at one of our logistics centres. Our own vehicles then deliver the stored materials to production in the required quantities and at the required times. We provide staff and equipment on site for unloading and moving goods into the production building, handling the company’s internal logistics as well. Our colleagues also manage finished products, arrange their transport and storage, and support distribution to their final destinations.
