To keep the quality of our activities at a high level, it is essential to evaluate the criticisms, suggestions and comments received from our partners. Our Company asks its Partners to indicate their level of satisfaction and to help us develop with their comments and suggestions. Complaints will be handled by the Partner’s direct contact person, facilitating smooth problem resolution. We also measure customer satisfaction annually through an electronic questionnaire, the results of which are evaluated immediately each time. Evaluation is the basis for our development activities to improve our customer satisfaction, quality and standards.

The opinions of our staff are measured regularly and periodically. Regular team-building programmes are organised to improve the quality of the daily working relationship. The HRI Employees’ Union represents the interests of employees on an ongoing basis. The Trade Union’s commitment to improving the quality of work is a major factor in its efforts to increase collective harmony. (Family days, celebrations, team building events, etc.)

Our company collects waste separately. On the day a new employee joins, he or she will be informed about our environmental targets and what needs to be done to achieve them. We pay particular attention to reducing paper use.
